WKYC News Topicals – Winter 2017
I created this design for WKYC’s evening news topical promos. The design enhances the look we had been using for over a year.
Everything was assembled in Adobe After Effects. The lower third is an Essential Graphics (MOGRT) template, driven by various expressions to change colors, turn on and off elements, modify text size and positioning, as well as move a timeline of stories along the bottom. The template made it easy-to-manipulate while editing on the fly in Premiere. The 3D elements were modeled in CINEMA 4D.
