This tutorial walks you through how tracks work in Premiere Pro. You’ll learn what happens when you have multiple video tracks on top of each other.

To recap the tutorial, Premiere Pro is looking from the top down. So whatever is on the upper track will sit on top of the lower track. You won’t be able to see what’s underneath unless it’s transparency is reduced or it is not the full frame (i.e. a lower third). Give me a shout if anything is confusing.
