On today’s Piedmont Motion Picture Show, I wanted to show you guys a quick tutorial on how to get the best Instagram video quality with these settings for Adobe Premiere Pro CC 2018.

Instagram video has become a major part of how creatives self-promote via social media, and video is a major component of that.

But, Instagram doesn’t make it very easy to upload high quality video to its platform.

To get the best Instagram videos, we need to know the right export settings in Adobe Premiere Pro CC, we have to understand a few key requirements concerning aspect ratios and video length before we can start taking advantage of the platform as filmmakers trying to promote ourselves.
