Stretched Text Tutorial in After Effects 2021 | Stretch Typography Animation | Motion Graphics

Want to learn a quick way of making the text stretch? Then this video is for you!
In this video I show you how to quickly create a stretched text animation in Adobe After Effects. There are different ways of making a stretch animation, so we are going to take a look at 2 methods in this tutorial. First method is based on animating paths in a way that we get a stretched and smeared look, this is very popular in motion graphics and motion design, to keep things moving and therefore attracting more interest to them. The second method is a bit easier and is more time saving, since it consists of using an effect called CC Scale Wipe, that allows you to stretch out pretty much anything you want, it only requires you to adjust couple of settings and it is good to go. You can implement these methods into you projects, that would improve your work, help you become a better motion designer and overall teach you something new. You can also animate titles and lower thirds with these stretch typography methods, so the possibilities are endless, just get creative and make things move.
