I wanted to keep with the space western theme, and that’s why I opened and ended with space scenes. I thought the use of still images with a texture over them, would help contribute to the old photograph look without losing too much image quality.

Audio is a free instrumental version of the shows original opening song. The Ballad of Serenity. Sound effects were standard Final Cut built in audio.

3D text and images, were altered in Photoshop. Sequencing, name text, and effects were added in After Effects. And audio was added in Final Cut Pro.
