Emotional wellness has to do with your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. It is about understanding, expressing and managing your feelings in a healthy way.

Emotionally well people appreciate others’ feelings, are flexible and enjoy good interpersonal relationships. They can live and working independently while appreciating the support of others.
