How to Paste Data Across Multiple Cells in InDesign Tables
When cutting cell data from a PDF and pasting it into an Adobe InDesign table, you don’t always get the result you want. Typically an entire line of data from multiple cells will paste into a single cell. In this tutorial I show how you can copy data from a spreadsheet or PDF (or other data source) and then get it to spread across multiple InDesign cells by using the “Convert Text To Table” command in InDesign.
