This effect is very easy to use and it will make your still photo come to life. I am confident you will learn a lot from this Tutorial.

In this tutorial we use the masking technique to separate our basic photo into two different layers. layer one is our subject while photo layer two is our background photo and add keyframes in opposite directions to the scale and position properties of both layers in converting the still 2D photos into parallax 3D thereby giving life, more depth and drama to the photos

This photo objects/ background removal can Also be made faster using Adobe Photoshop and importing your photo into premiere pro for animation.
