GIF Animation in Photoshop (Making Shimmering Stars)

Learn how to make a GIF animation in Photoshop with star brushes. In this video, we will be taking a simple star brush and turning it into a glittery star gif animation in Photoshop.

You can also create animation templates like we will do in this video, to make once and use over and over again with different images.
